Lead and Build the BI Team: As the first member of the BI team, you will have the autonomy to hire and build a team that aligns with our strategic goals and vision.

Develop Dashboards and Reports: Design and develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics.

KPI Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze KPIs to monitor business trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Translate Business Requirements into BI Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Financial Insights and Analysis: Provide detailed financial insights to drive product strategy, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and guiding tactical decisions that align with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration within the BI Squad and across other business units, ensuring alignment with product objectives and broader business goals.

Lead Market Research: Lead and oversee the execution of both qualitative and quantitative market research projects, ensuring insights are strategically integrated into product decisions.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record in building and leading teams.

BI Tools and Technical Skills: Expertise in BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), data visualization, and KPI analysis.

Financial and Market Insight Expertise: Proven financial analysis skills with experience in forecasting and ROI analysis.

Market Research: Experience in executing and/or leading both qualitative and quantitative market research, with the ability to guide and mentor team members in these areas.

Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable insights within a BI team.

Data Security Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience in data security, particularly encryption and zero-trust environments, is a plus but not required.
