UNEY Introduces the ONE TEAM Recreation Lounge

At UNEY, we know that a strong workplace starts with its people. As we continue to invest in employee wellbeing and experience, we have introduced the ONE TEAM Recreation Lounge — a space created for our teams to take a break, connect with colleagues, and enjoy time together outside the usual work environment.

Creating a More Connected Workplace

The ONE TEAM Recreation Lounge reflects UNEY’s commitment to creating a workplace environment where collaboration extends beyond the traditional work setting.

The space brings together technology, recreation, and wellbeing, offering employees a dedicated environment to step away from their daily routines, engage with colleagues, and enjoy shared experiences.

The lounge features the SkyTrack Playground and Simulation Games, including PS5 and foosball, the ShieldNet Arena, and massage chairs designed to support relaxation and wellbeing.

More than a recreational facility, the lounge represents UNEY’s continued investment in creating an employee experience that supports connection, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.

Celebrating the Launch

To mark the opening, UNEY hosted an Employee Lounge Warming Party on 27 August 2026, bringing employees together for an afternoon of engagement, friendly competition, and team spirit.

The launch featured two dedicated challenges: the Gran Turismo Challenge, where colleagues competed to achieve the fastest lap, and the Marvel Tokon Showdown, creating an opportunity for employees to compete and connect in a relaxed environment.

The event brought the ONE TEAM spirit to life, with colleagues participating, supporting one another, and experiencing the new space together.
