Climb, Conquer, Connect: Strengthening Our Team Beyond the Workplace

At Uney, we believe that a strong company culture is built through shared experiences, meaningful connections, and opportunities to grow together. As part of our monthly employee engagement initiative, our team recently spent an action-packed day at Loco Bear Dubai, enjoying a variety of activities including bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, and the ninja course. It was a day filled with energy, laughter, and teamwork—an experience that reflected the values we strive to cultivate every day.

Stepping Outside Our Comfort Zones

One of the highlights of the event was seeing colleagues embrace new challenges together. Some team members were experienced adventurers, while others were trying these activities for the very first time. A few simply wanted to enjoy the day by supporting their teammates and sharing in the experience.

Regardless of skill level, everyone was encouraged to participate at their own pace. There were no expectations, no pressure to compete, and no fear of being judged. Instead, the focus was on enjoying the experience, encouraging one another, and celebrating every effort.

More Than Just Games

Although the activities brought excitement and friendly competition, the true value of the day extended far beyond the scoreboards.

Every cheer during a climb, every laugh after a bowling strike—or a missed one—and every word of encouragement during the ninja course reminded us that teamwork is built on trust, support, and shared experiences.
